Minimum order: $5,000 

Payment Terms:

• ½ Down Deposit required before, final CAD/drawings or material is ordered - once material has been ordered the Deposit is nonrefundable
• 25% Draw will be requested before our final finishing process
• Balance is due before items are picked up, delivered or shipped

Change Order:   A Change Order halts all work until the associated costs and revised timeline have been reviewed and approved by the client. 

Expedited/Next on Bench:   Shop approval and an additional upfront 50% payment (of the total order amount) is required before Next on Bench.
